Overview

Project Team Support are pleased to offer the benefit of our experience in the City of London and Australia working on proposals, pitches, tenders and account management. Our proposal advisory service is available on call to work with your business development team to improve your proposal process client deliverable and your success rate.

Services

As a part of our proposal advisory service we offer:

  • Proposal storyboard outline, mind mapping and high level design processes
  • Advice and consultation around messaging, sequencing, presentation, key messages and client hot buttons
  • The benefit of our experience in proposal format and delivery
  • Involvement and feedback in dry-run client presentations and pitch delivery

Experience

We have over a decade of experience in supporting proposal and pitch teams on projects with a lead time as large as five months, to as little as four hours. In very recent history we have worked with a public-private partnership of an NHS London Teaching Hospital Foundation Trust on a number of successful tenders.

Example scenario

The project

A public-private health sector partnership, with a newly appointed leadership team with extensive major advisory experience.
We were engaged to provide recommendation and material to enhance the tender document for a major NHS project in response to an EU directive.

What we bring

We worked alongside the leadership and business development team in an intense few days of preparation of the proposal document and key messages. We provided resource to work alongside the team into the early hours to ensure deadlines were met.

We used the benefit of our experience being involved in the proposal presentation dry-run and provided individual and team feedback to support the team and enhance their presentation to the client.

In response to issues identified we also provided graphical assistance with overall proposal design, template, presentation format and imagery.

We were on-site with a complete set of tools and software to deliver client requirements.

The results

  • The creation of a library of stock corporate experience and information available for other proposal processes
  • Satisfied client who we continue to work with to improve their stock proposal collateral and resources to improve their ability to respond to new business opportunities successfully and professionally at short notice.

Next steps

This service is available on a day consulting rate basis, with additional identified support for presentation, design, graphics available on an hourly rate basis.
